1 oz Amaretto Di Saronno(R) liqueur
1 oz peach brandy
1 tbsp vanilla ice cream
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of peach and a cherry, and serve.
2 oz Mozart(R) White chocolate liqueur
1 oz cognac
1/2 oz cream
Mix well in a shaker with three or four ice cubes. Pour into a cocktail glass, sprinkle with chocolate shavings, and serve.
2 oz gin
1 1/4 oz Rose's(R) lime juice
3/4 oz lemon juice
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4 oz Champagne
2 tsp peach brandy
2 tsp strawberry liqueur
2 tsp passion-fruit juice
2 tsp lime juice
Rim a double-cocktail glass with lime and caster sugar. Pour ingredients into the sugar-rimmed glass, garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry, and serve.
1 oz gin
1 oz rosso vermouth
1 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz Grand Marnier(R) orange liqueur
1 tsp triple sec
1 oz orange juice
Shake, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a slice of orange.
1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz triple sec
3/4 oz lime juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1/2 oz sugar syrup
Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice. Add a speared cherry, and serve.
8 oz tequila
12 oz margarita mix
2 oz Rose's(R) lime juice
3 oz triple sec
3 - 5 oz sangria
Pour the tequila, margarita mix, lime juice and triple sec into an average sized blender filled with crushed ice, and blend well. Dip rim of a 16-oz. margarita glass in the blender to wet, and apply salt if desired. Pour the blender mixture into the glass until 2/3 full, add the sangria, and serve.
