1 1/2 oz beer
5 oz Georgia Moon(R) corn whiskey
2 dashes Tabasco(R) sauce
Add whiskey to highball glass, fill with beer. Dash in tabasco.
1 oz Appleton Estate(R) V/X Jamaican rum
3/4 oz Dubonnet(R) Rouge vermouth
1/2 oz caramel liqueur
1 oz passion-fruit puree
2 oz sugar cane juice
3 dashes Fee Brothers(R) peach bitters
1/2 oz overproof rum
First take slices of pear and place them on a saucer, pour on raw sugar, douse in the overproof rum, and light. When caramelised this will become the drink garnish. Pour the rest of the ingredients into a shaker, shake hard and fast and strain over crushed ice into a highball glass. Serve.
2 oz coconut rum
2 ozsweetened coconut milk
2 - 3 oz milk
Build over ice in a rocks glass.
1/3 oz Bailey's(R) Irish cream
1/3 oz Midori(R) melon liqueur
1/3 oz Bacardi(R) 151 rum
Pour Bailey's into the bottom of the shot glass. Add Midori melon liqueur, and float Bacardi 151 on top.
