3/4 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 dash dry vermouth
Stir ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
1/2 oz Bacardi(R) light rum
2 oz dark creme de cacao
1 oz white creme de menthe
5 oz milk
Heat milk approx 1.5 minutes in microwave. Then mix all ingredients and serve.
2 oz dark rum
1 1/2 ozfresh lime juice
1 dash dark rum
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass. Garnish with a green maraschino cherry and a sprig of mint.
1 oz vodka
1 oz Bailey's(R) Irish cream
1 splash banana liqueur
1 oz creme de cacao
Combine ingredients into warmed old fashioned glass or shooter and drink through a straw.

1 1/2 oz Yukon Jack
Ice cubes
Fill cocktail glass with ice, pour Baileys first, Yukon Jack next, stir and serve.
1 oz peppermint liqueur
3 oz iced tea
1 ozfresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
Pour the peppermint liqueur and iced tea into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and sweeten to taste. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the top, and serve.
1 1/2 oz Skyy(R) vanilla vodka
1 oz Starbucks(R) coffee liqueur
1 oz dark creme de cacao
Shake all ingredents with ice in a martini shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass. Serve.
3/4 oz cognac
1/2 oz dark rum
1 1/2 oz orange juice
1 1/2 oz lime juice
1/4 oz almond syrup
Combine all ingredients in a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend for 15 seconds. Pour into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Garnish with an orange slice, and serve.
5-7 oz Cognac (Hennessy)
3-4 oz Lemon-lime soda (Sprite)
Juice of 1/2 slice Lemon
Fill hiball glass with 5-7 ounces of cognac. Next, fill remainder of glass with lemon-lime soda. Finally, squeeze 1/2 of medium size lemon and garnish with 1/4 inch lemon wedges.
50 ml Grand Marnier(R) orange liqueur
4 lime
2 tsp brown sugar
1 small, red chili pepper
Muddle (crush) the chili pepper, lime wedges, and sugar in a chilled old fashioned glass. Add Grand Marnier. Add ice cubes to just over the top of the liquid, stir until sugar dissolves, and serve. Can substitute 1 oz lime juice and plain sugar for the brown sugar.
