1 1/4 oz dark rum
3 oz cranberry juice
1 oz coconut cream
Pour dark rum, cranberry juice and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker with one cup of crushed ice. Shake well, until smooth. Pour all contents of the shaker into a wine glass. Garnish with 3 cranberries on a toothpick or a maraschino cherry, and serve.
1 oz vodka
1 oz creme de menthe
1 oz Kahlua(R) coffee liqueur
fill with milk
Pour all ingredients into a beer pilsner. Fill with milk, add ice, and serve.
1 oz creme de cacao
1 oz brandy
1 oz heavy cream
Chill all ingredients prior. Layer in order into a cocktail glass; creme de cacao first, brandy on top, followed by cream.
1 oz Midori melon liqueur
1/3 oz Sweet and Sour mix
4 oz Champagne
Pour Midori and sweet and sour. Add Champagne.
4 oz Bombay Sapphire(R) gin
4 oz cranberry juice
2 oz orange juice
1/4 - 1/2 ozfresh lime juice
1 lime
Throw a few rocks into a collins glass. Squeeze in a segment of lime (about 1/2 oz). Pour the Bombay Sapphire gin into the glass and add the cranberry juice. Top up with orange juice and throw in the other segment of lime. Pain free and delicious.
3/4 oz blackberry brandy
3/4 oz sweet sherry
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz double cream
Shake and strain into a cordial glass.
1 1/4 oz Malibu(R) coconut rum
1 1/4 oz butterscotch schnapps
3 1/2 oz pineapple juice
Pour each ingredient into a hurricane glass filled with ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
1 oz dark rum

1 oz cranberry juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz pineapple juice
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a collins glass full of ice cubes.
3/4 oz dark rum
1 1/2 oz Southern Comfort(R) peach liqueur
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
3/4 oz Rose's(R) lime juice
3/4 oz lemon juice
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Add a pineapple chunk, and serve.
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1 oz cranberry juice
4 oz 7-Up(R) soda
Build over ice in a highball glass. Fill with 7-up, garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.
