3 oz Stolichnaya(R) vodka
1 1/2 oz Kahlua(R) coffee liqueur
1 oz banana liqueur
3 oz milk
2 slices bananas
Pour Stoli vodka, kahlua and banana liqueur into a highball glass or cup with ice. Top off with milk, followed by two slices of thinly cut bananas. Stir and serve.
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 dash white wine
1/2 oz maraschino cherries
2 1/2 oz gin
Mix in a blender until smooth. Add a little extra white wine if necessary. Serve in a chilled wine goblet.
1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
3/4 ozfresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
3 oz lemon-lime soda
Shake whiskey, juice and syrup and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Fill with lemon-lime soda, and serve.
1 small peach
3 mint
2 pieces lemons
1 oz water
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz Canadian whisky
Muddle all ingredients except whiskey in a bar glass. Add whiskey, and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and a peach slice, and serve.
1 lime
1/4 lemon
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse(R)
1 1/2 oz American whiskey
Slice the lemon quarter in half, and muddle with the lime, syrup and chartreuse in a mixing glass. Add whiskey, shake well with ice, and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon and lime wedge, a cherry, and serve.
1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
1/2 oz tawny port
2 1/2 oz club soda
2 tsp water
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 pinchgrated nutmeg
1 pinchground cinnamon
Dissolve the sugar in the water and whiskey in a highball glass. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice and add club soda. Float tawny port on top. Garnish with a lemon twist, and dust with nutmeg and cinnamon. Serve.
1 oz Irish whiskey
1 oz Bailey's(R) Irish cream
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 oz milk
4 dashes Angostura(R) bitters
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled wine glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg, and serve.
