Certified organic. Up-front apple and orchard fruit followed by a zesty, well-textured palate with broad mouthfeel and elegance supported by good acidity.
Structured, layered and multi-dimensional with excellent focus and length, dark plum, mineral, blackcurrant and blackberry flavours; intense and persistent on the long, well-framed finish. Cries for grilled meat.
Not your typical overly tart, overdone style becoming too common from this region. Elegant and bright with quince and pear notes; vibrant, great acidity with citrus zest and a spicy finish.
100% Sauvignon Blanc made with zero cellar intervention; wild yeast, full malo and 9 months of skin contact then pressed and bottled unfiltered. So, essentially a “natural” wine that will require an acquired taste for consumers. It’s a mineral bomb on the nose with underlying fresh-cut hay, mango, pineapple and apple skin. It has a rich, creamy feel on the palate with complex notes of flinty minerality, citrus and pulpy tropical fruit with an earthy component that builds on the finish.
Bright, fresh and so quaffable, with bright cherry, strawberry, citrus, lychee and spice, crisp, refreshing acidity, a lovely minerality and long, crisp finish. A traditional blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache.
Few producers can reach this level of expression with the often-neutral Aligoté grape. Bright yellow colour with notes of citrus, apple/pear, sweet corn and a touch of wet wool underlined by soft minerality. Lively acidity, dry and slightly fatty middle palate, good balance and a clean finish of medium length. Ready to drink.
Banana, peach, tutti frutti, cream, spice, honey and vanilla are present on a medium-bodied frame. The alcohol plays well on the palate, with a creamy texture and excellent length, echoing spice, sweet corn and minerality.
