Very pale with green reflections. Delicate nose of citrus and white fruits. Off-dry attack but residual CO2 creates an impression of freshness. Delicate taste, well balanced, somewhat short finish. Easy to drink right now, so don't wait. A blend of Semillon, white Frontignac, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris.
Straw yellow. Generous nose featuring flowers, cat’s pee, citrus, tropical fruits (mango) and a hint of smoke. A trace of residual sugar rounds off the lively acidity. Body is on the light side with an intense taste of ripe fruits and a long finish. Try it with mango chicken.
The fifth edition of this whisky, but the first under Adam Hannett since taking over as head distiller when the legendary Jim McEwan retired as master distiller. Fruity and floral aromas with honey, tobacco, vanilla, cinnamon, creamy texture and long mellow finish.
A spicy nose with ripe black cherry, cassis, elegant oak spices, bramble and raspberry. This is nicely balanced with rockin' red fruits, plums, nutmeg spice and a soft, silky delivery through the finish.
This Oregon Pinot is sourced from estate fruit in the Chehalem Mountains, and wow, what a delightful surprise. The nose reveals juicy, wild black and red fruits, toasted vanilla, earth, plum and fragrant floral notes. It shows both power and grace on the palate with lush, generous fruit, surprising poise and balance with its array of spice and fine oak stylings and acidity. Cellar for five years, or decant and drink now. Pair with pheasant or veal.
Full ruby. Ripe dark plum and cherry; soft spices and hints of tar. The sweet red fruit flavours that wrap the smooth tannins overtake the soft acidity in the full mid-palate. There is barely any graininess in the long finish. Enjoy now or keep 4 to 5 years.
Dry, this Riesling features aromas of sweet peach, nectarines, bergamot, marzipan, spice and lemon. The palate, although crisp, features slight creamy notes from barrel fermentation and a lengthy apple/mineral-tinged finish.
