This is 100% Chardonnay that spends 30 months on lees and another 2 years in bottle, made in the traditional method. The nose shows toasty brioche notes with citrus, biscuit and apple. It’s deliciously dry on the palate with an energetic mousse and citrus/apple flavours with lovely toasted notes through the finish.

Pale gold, adequate effervescence (“satèn” means less CO2 and less pressure in the bottle). Inviting nose with delicate notes of white peach, butter, fresh mushrooms and chalk. Bone dry, the soft acidity is well balanced in the ascending mid-palate leading to a finish of very good length. Ready to drink.

Made from Tinto Fino, aka Tempranillo. Colour is deep plum, tilting to garnet. Subdued nose of seared meat and figs. Full-bodied and powerful, with tannins still proclaiming the 12-month stay in French and American oak barrels. In the mouth one finds black cherries and stewed fruit. Needs another year or two.
Made with grapes from the oldest planting of the variety on Vancouver Island; shows some herbal aromas before a lush and quite viscous palate, with pink grapefruit and kiwi notes against a stony background and a lingering, fresh finish.
