Off-dry, workhorse Charmat sparkler with strawberry and pale red berry tones, slight acidity and refreshing end. Food-flexible and easy-drinking.
A blend of 69% Pinot Noir and 31% Chardonnay. Mild aromas of strawberry, vanilla cream and toast. Pale salmon colour, delicate with a fresh finale and ready to drink.
Straw yellow colour. Stainless steel fermentation means a very crisp and clean style. Apple and citrus fruitiness accompany zesty acidity and off-dry honeyed notes on the finish. It all adds up to a refreshing, thirst-quenching style. Drink now.
Australian take on an Italian grape, could be mistaken for Sauvignon Blanc. Clear pale yellow, with a medium-strength nose of lime, nettle, gooseberry and a hint of smoke. Light-bodied with lemon and lime flavours. Crisp acidity makes it a good match with herbed fish. Drink up.
Ruby/garnet. Notes of tea leaves and dried cherry fill the glass. Half-bodied with nice acidity in the background, it is well-balanced and fresh on the palate. The Barbera grape can bring a lot of acidity to a wine, not the case here.
This assemblage is a blend of 54% Chardonnay, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Sémillon, 5% Viognier and 1% Gewürztraminer. It has an overt and expressive nose of tropical fruits, apple skin, peach, apricot and woodsy/savoury spice notes. Certainly a complex white blend on the palate with a range of fruits unlike any other white wine you will taste in Niagara to go with spice, integrated herbs and citrus notes on the finish.
Subtle fruity and floral scents and a whiff of mineral, shifting on the palate towards red berry flavours contrasted with slightly bitter cherry notes, zesty acidity, good mineral grip and lingering, dry, fruity finish.
