Ruby-purplish. Red fruits, a little spice and garrigue; no oak. Medium-bodied, slightly coarse tannins. Almost balanced, only a bit heavy on alcohol. Nice finish.
A real bargain for sweet wine lovers! Golden colour with a honey and orange blossom bouquet; medium-bodied spicy and sweet orange and honey flavours but nicely balanced with cleansing acidity. Serve with blue cheese or cake.
A zesty mix of lime, passion fruit, nectarine, fruit salad, jalapeño, verbena and honey. Brisk acidity helps carry the flavours. Drink now.
One of the best Chardonnays to come out of the County. Deep straw in colour; spicy, minerally, apple and pear nose with a leesy, lemony note; well-integrated oak with a fresh, lingering finish. A triumph of terroir and technique.
Bright and bracing with zingy lime citrus, grapefruit, lychee, crunchy apple and hints of tropical fruit, a touch of fresh herbs and a fresh, crisp finish. A great match with shellfish.
Ruby/garnet. Fine nose, pure red and black fruits, oak is well controlled. Surprisingly supple and silky on the palate for a Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Compact, it has an aging potential of about 5 years. Interesting.
Complex aromas feature game meat, woodsy forest, earthy spice and roast coffee. Their most robust edition to date, with rich blackcurrant, wild berries and meaty notes. Finishes with lingering liquorice and minerality. Needs another year or 2 to soften the muscular tannins.
