Only 2 barrels were made of this Pinot that spent 8 months in all-new oak. It shows ripe cherry, raspberry, smoke and bramble on the nose. It’s nicely structured on the palate with cherry-bramble-earth flavours to go with oak-inspired spices and ripe tannins. Racy acidity; firm and pretty Pinot with a long and graceful life ahead.
