1/3 oz lime juice
2/3 oz white rum
1 tsp sugar
Pour into a sugar rimmed old-fashioned glass.
1 1/4 oz dark rum
6 oz ginger ale
Pour rum over ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill with ginger ale. Stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
1 oz dark rum
1/2 oz sweet sherry
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
3 tbsp vanilla ice cream
2 tsp overproof rum
Blend briefly all ingredient (except overproof rum) with half a glassful of crushed ice. Pour into a collins glass, float overproof rum on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
1 1/2 oz Jamaican dark rum
2 dashes Angostura(R) bitters
4 - 6 oz club soda
Stir in a highball glass and fill with club soda. Garnish with a lemon twist.
2 1/3 oz Snapple(R) Kiwi-Strawberry soda
1/3 oz rum
Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
1 1/2 oz white rum
3/4 oz white creme de menthe
Pour over ice in a small highball glass, stir, and serve.
