This Languedoc classic reveals a rather complex array of sensations on the nose, including floral perfume, grapefruit, orange and tropical fruit. On the palate, the focus narrows to ripe citrus and tropical fruit, with clean refreshing acidity and a light touch of mineral.

Such a treat and always one of the top sparklers in Ontario. The nose shows lemon, toast, brioche, vanilla, apple and lime and pours a fine, persistent bead of bubbles. It’s bright and electric on the palate with flavours of lemon and lime, baked apple, toasted almond and spice with lovely freshness and finesse through the finish.
Comes with instructions for use on the can: “Chill, open, repeat.” Reddish amber in colour with nutty, fruity and malty aromas and a light whiff of hops. Robust toasted malt flavour comes with dried fruit and a touch of spice and well-balanced bitterness on the finish.
Ruby coloured with a violet rim, this tasty red offers a cedary nose of blackcurrants with oak spice. It's medium-bodied, dry, with vibrant red and blackcurrant flavours and lively acidity. Fresh on the palate with a touch of spice on the finish, it's great value.
Winemaker John Symes has a way with Pinot Gris. His 2010 is light straw in colour with a minerally, peach-pit nose. The wine is dry, medium-bodied with white peach, pear and citrus flavours that sustain well on lively acidity.
Tannat tends to be heavily tannic, needing time to soften. This version presents inviting scents of ripe blackberry and concentrated dark fruit flavours. Tannins are surprisingly supple, and the wine is quite smooth with a splash of milk chocolate on the finish.
