A tasty and friendly Prosecco that shows bright apple aromas with a gentle, persistent bubble with subtle citrus and white flower notes. It’s fresh and lively on the palate with baked apple, lemon and a touch of sweetness.
Dense purple-ruby in colour, it has a cedary, blackcurrant leaf nose with vanilla oak note; medium to full-bodied, its juicy black currant and plum flavours fill the mouth finishing on firm but not aggressive tannins.
Pale straw in colour with a minerally, tobacco-leaf and citrus bouquet; light- to medium-bodied on the palate, crisply dry with a lemony digestive biscuit flavour. Great length.
New to Canada, this brewery is based in Stratford and is known for its assortment of award-winning beers crafted by Master Brewer Phil Markowski and his team. A mix of 4 American-grown hops pack a huge pine-and-lemon-punch and are complemented on a caramel malt backbone. It pours a deep amber, with a building bitter finale.
Youthful, powerful and vibrant with spicy currant, plum, black cherry and anise flavours with touches of sweet oak mocha and spice; great complexity and depth with firm, velvety tannins and a long, rich finish. Should cellar well for the next 5-8 years.
A blend of Chardonnay and Viognier. Palest lime in colour, it has a toasty nose of apple with a floral grace note; full-bodied and dry, it’s rich and full on the palate with a spicy lemony finish. Highly recommended.
Clear medium-deep garnet. Medium-intensity nose of raspberry, earth and spice. Full-bodied and soft on the palate with smooth tannins supporting ripe fruit flavours: raspberry, blackberry and plum. Long finish. Will last another couple of years.
