Dark ruby. Black berries, oaky notes of used large foudres. Full-bodied, it remains fresh in spite of its thick texture and chewy tannins. Its power is revealed in the finish where the firmness is quite present. This is a young wine with an aging potential of 8–10 years.
A subtle nose of soft berries, pepper, plums and light oak. It picks up on the palate with cherry, blackberry and spice in a balanced approach. Serve with roast beef, BBQ ribs, and roasted vegetables.
A very interesting blend. Pale straw in colour with an aromatic, honeysuckle, peach and apple nose heightened by a grassy note from the Sauvignon; medium-bodied and dry. A versatile food wine and good value.
Characteristic Viognier aromatic peach and tropical fruit with honeyed floral scents telegraph the full-bodied ripe peach and apricot flavours that emerge on the palate. Finishes with honeyed richness tempered by well-balanced acidity.
Light body with delicate tannins and sweet aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries and orange peel with a pleasant earthy touch. Will please to the Jura lovers seeking a wine that offers good value for money. Enjoy with steak tartare, duck confit or simply with charcuteries and pâtés for an aperitif.
Pale pink. Perfumed, candied nose of strawberry, watermelon. A fruit bomb in the mouth, charming and round, its low acidity and a tad of residual sugar are an easy gulp. Not a serious wine, but it is hard to resist a second glass.
Lively sparkler delivers a very solid mousse with apple and nutty aromas before a creamy mouthfeel, with apple, citrus and stone-fruit notes before a zesty end. Well crafted Riesling and Pinot Blanc blend won a coveted Platinum medal at the 2015 Okanagan Wine Festival Awards.
