1 1/2 oz gin
1/4 oz Pernod(R) licorice liqueur
2 ozcold water
1 twist lemon
Pour gin and pernod into an aperitif glass, fill with cold water, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
1 oz Campari(R) bitters
1 oz gin
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass. Use 1 to 2 ounces as you prefer.
1 oz Captain Morgan(R) Tattoo orange rum
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
6 oz Sprite(R) soda
Stir ingredients together in a collins glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.
2 oz Rum
Papaya juice
Rum first, then Papaya Juice
1 1/2 oz Light rum
1/2 oz Lemon juice
2-3 dashes Blue Curacao
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
1 oz Absolut(R) Mandrin vodka
1 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
1 oz triple sec
2 scoops orange sherbet
Combine all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice. Blend until smooth; add more ice as required. Pour into a highball glass, add a straw, and serve.
3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz peach schnapps
3/4 oz cranberry juice
2 oz Fresca(R) lemon-lime soda
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
3/4 oz orange juice
2 twists limes
Combine schnapps and vodka, add juices, grapefruit and twists of lime, then Fresca. Serve with lots of ice.
3/4 oz rosso vermouth
1 oz rye whiskey
2 - 3 dashes maraschino liqueur
Stir well in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
2 parts Bailey's irish cream
1 part Brandy
1 part Kahlua
1 part Vodka
1 dash Cointreau
1 dash Midori melon liqueur
2 parts Milk
Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker, shake & strain into martini glass or champagne cup. Garnish with red straws & tacky plastic animals (preferably horses or mermaids) Add parasols & slice of orange if available.

1 splash Chambord(R) raspberry liqueur
1 splash Blue Curacao liqueur
Pour the gin, Chambord raspberry liqueur and blue curacao into a chilled cocktail glass. Stir, and serve.
