1 1/2 oz brandy
1/4 oz dry vermouth
Pour the brandy and dry vermouth into an old-fashioned or rocks glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir, garnish with 2 olives, and serve.
1 1/4 oz dark rum
2 oz strawberries
1 oz collins mix
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
Combine all ingredients with two cups of crushed ice in a blender. Blend until slushy, and serve in an elegant glass; hurricane or otherwise.
1 oz Bundaberg(R) dark rum
2 ozAustralian medium white wine
3 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz cherry syrup
Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass, and serve with a cherry.
1 cl Gin
1 cl Campari
1 cl Dry Vermouth
1 slice Lime
Ice cubes
Mix in a shaker and serve with a slice of lime
3 parts white Creme de Cacao
3 parts Pisang Ambon
2 parts Kiwi liqueur
2 parts Cream
1 dash Grenadine
Shake. Garnish with powdered chocolate and a star made of crystalized fruit.
1 oz gin
1 oz Cointreau(R) orange liqueur
1 oz grapefruit juice
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
1 oz cherry vodka
7 oz cherry cola
Pour vodka over ice and allow to sit for one full minute. Add soda. Do not stir!
1 1/2 oz blackberry brandy
1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire(R) gin
3/4 oz creme de bananes
3/4 oz double cream
Shake and strain into a frosted cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of banana and a maraschino cherry.
