1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Malibu(R) coconut rum
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash grenadine syrup
1 oz whipped cream
Pour the vodka, Malibu rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the whipped cream, and shake vigorously until frothy. Pour into a small highball glass or equivalent, and serve.
25 ml Green Chartreuse(R)
15 ml Parfait Amour(R) orange liqueur
35 ml paraiso
3 lime
2 kaffir mint
Muddle lime and mint, with green chartreuse, parfait amour and paraiso. Add a splash of lemonade (or sweet and sour mix for a more bitter taste), shake and double strain into a martini glass. Skewered lychee, with caramelized brown sugar coating for garnish.
5 oz beer
1 1/2 oz coconut liqueur
5 oz Dr. Pepper(R) soda
Add beer and Dr. Pepper into a pint glass. Drop a shot glass full of coconut liqueur into the glass and drink quick.
1 1/2 oz white rum
1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Serve.
1 part Gin or Vodka
1 part Cointreau
1 part Campari
Mix and server over ice with a slice of orange
3 oz Champagne
1/2 oz cognac
1 oz orange juice
1 dash Angostura(R) bitters
1 tsp sugar
Pour champagne, cognac and orange juice into a champagne flute. Add one sugar cube, saturated in angostura bitters, and a twist of orange. Serve with a muddler.
1 oz Southern Comfort
1/2 oz Lemon vodka (Stoli)
3 oz Orange juice
Blend all ingredients and pour into champagne flute. Add a small piece of edible dry ice.
1 oz Kahlua(R) coffee liqueur
1 1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
4 - 5 oz milk
Combine ingredfients in a highball glass with ice.
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz peach schnapps
4 - 6 oz pineapple juice
Pour coconut rum and peach schnapps over ice in glass and fill remaining with pineapple juice. Use as much ice as you like, as it will determine how much pineapple juice is used. You can also blend everything, including ice, together to make a smooth, frothy version of this drink. It tends to make it a bit more acidic, but is a viable option.
5 oz triple sec
4 oz tequila
12 1/2 oz mango juice
1 1/2 cupsfresh strawberries
Place ice, strawberries, tequila, triple sec and mango juice in a blender (in order). Blend on ice crush initially and then to frappe. Serve in margarita glasses and enjoy.
