1 oz dark rum
1 oz gin
1/2 oz Rose's(R) lime juice
2 oz mandarin juice
1 oz passion-fruit juice
2 oz lemonade
Shake all ingredients (except lemonade) and strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Add lemonade, add straws, and serve.
3/4 oz Fernet Branca(R) bitters
3/4 oz dry vermouth
1/4 oz white creme de menthe
Pour over ice cubes in a small highball glass, stir, and serve.
2 oz bourbon whiskey
2 dashes grenadine syrup
2 dashes Peychaud(R) bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
10 oz Scotch whisky
5 oz vodka
4 oz maple syrup
Add whisky and vodka to glass of ice. Stir in maple syrup. Wait 2 minutes and enjoy.
1 1/2 oz Kahlua(R) coffee liqueur
1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz strawberry liqueur
1 oz whipping cream
1/2 oz lime juice
3 oz cream soda
2 oz strawberry puree
Blend all ingredients (except soda) with half a glassful of crushed ice. Add the soda, and garnish with a slice of banana between two halves of a strawberry. Add straws, and serve.
1 oz dark rum
1 oz creme de cassis
1 tsp lemon juice
1 oz lemonade
1 oz soda water
Pour into a wine goblet filled with broken ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry, add a short straw, and serve.
3 oz Absolut(R) Vanilia vodka
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz strawberry daiquiri mix
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, and shake well. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice, and serve.
