1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
Pour the whiskey, lemon and orange juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
1/2 oz Malibu(R) coconut rum
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz orange juice
Mix ingredients together over ice in a whiskey sour glass, and serve.
2 oz Midori(R) melon liqueur
1 oz Plymouth(R) gin
4 oz orange juice
Shake and strain into a collins glass three-quarters filled with broken ice. Garnish with three melon balls, add a straw, and serve.
1 can Kerns Pineapple-Coconut Nectar
1 medium mango
4 - 6 strawberries
1 cup ice
1 cup Malibu(R) mango rum
Tiki rum can be made with mango or pineapple Malibu rum.Cut the mango into cubical pieces. Combine all ingredients, including the mango, in a blender. Blend well, and serve into pina colada glasses.
2 oz whiskey
1 splash sweet and sour mix
1 dash grenadine syrup
soda
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour over ice into a collins glass, and top with soda to taste. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
2 oz white rum
1 oz sugar syrup
1 fresh lime
Wash a lime, remove top and bottom, and thinly slice into half rings. Add lime pieces to glass and crush with the flat end of a barspoon. Add rum and sugar syrup, top with broken ice, and muddle together. Add a short straw, and serve.
3/4 oz tequila
1/2 oz coffee brandy
3 oz milk
1 oz cola
Stir ingredients together in a collins glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.
