A blend of a dozen vintages. Clear medium-deep gold, with lots of fizzy bubbles. Complex nose featuring yeast, ripe apple, cultured butter, lime and caramel. Creamy mouthfeel; full-bodied, classic and elegant with a long finish. Drink up.
Dark ruby. Black fruits dominate its nose, followed by oaked vanilla and a light red flower touch. Full-bodied and tight on the palate with great fruity extract. The long finish has a slight bitter edge. Better wait 2-3 years before trying it again.
Pale yellow. Exotic fruits (apricot, starfruit) and lanolin on the overall quite ripe nose. Delicate acidity, mellow middle palate of good intensity and weight. The finish has a nice roundness in the peaking fruity taste. Ready to drink with sushi or chicken mango.
