Rich, bold and dark with elegant yet grippy tannins; lots of blackberry and dark cherry flavours, cedar and spice with an intriguing edginess, finishing big, but juicy. Such a cool wine. Great with wild game.
A lovely wine with aromas and flavours of pear, citrus and nectarine. It fills out the mouth with a fleshy texture with maintaining firm acidity and minerality on the juicy finish. A great wine with shellfish.
One of BC’s most enduring wines (and at one time the Okanagan’s biggest selling white) yields varietally precise character, with upfront notes of rose petal, spice, tropical and stone fruit before a lush palate wrapped in gentle acidity and ginger hints.
A dry full-bodied blend of Tempranillo with 5% Graciano. Deep ruby-purple in colour with a nose of blueberry, pepper, sweet spice, smoke and tar. Full and fleshy on the palate, yet tightened by fine tannins. A keeper.
Pale straw in colour with a spicy apple nose that melds seamlessly into vanilla oak; medium- to full-bodied, dry, elegant, fresh and lively on the palate with well-extracted fruit.
Smooth, supple and generous, with black cherry, plum, berry, earth and spice flavours; harmonious and subtle with impressive depth and nice richness, yet maintains an elegant feel.
This late-harvest wine is old-style German Riesling at its best. Very pale straw in colour, it offers a floral nose of lime, apple and honey. Off-dry with honey and citrus flavours, its 8% alcohol make it very light on the palate. A beautifully balanced wine.
