Nothing says Chile like the Carménère grape. A nose of lovely black cherry, cassis, small blackcurrants, pepper and sweet spices. It’s lush and plump on the palate with juicy berries, toasted oak and soft tannins.
Caramelized pineapple strikes the nose. Butter-sautéed peaches dominate the lees-textured palate; flecked with American oak-derived coconut cream pie and French oak-infused nutmeg. Bottle age adds length. Go for barbecued chicken with buttered corn on the cob.

This the first Baco Noir to be elevated to the estate’s top-tier Family Reserve status. It has a rich and savoury nose of cassis, blueberry, bramble, liquorice and bold spice notes. It’s ripe and big on the palate with a heady fruit profile of cassis, currants and blueberry with rich barrel spices and cracked black peppercorns.
A unique blend of 66% Cabernet Franc and 34% Syrah. Tobacco, raspberry, cassis, violets, dark cherry, black pepper, herbs and vanilla are built on a medium body. Tannins are present, and there is fine length. Pair with grilled sausage.
Tastes just like a claret from Bordeaux. Dense ruby-purple in colour, it offers a cedary, blackcurrant nose with a floral grace note. It’s medium-bodied and dry with the flavours of blackcurrants carried on a lively spine of acidity; finishes on a note of coffee beans.
This popular Brut non-vintage is a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier and is made in the Méthode Classique style. It’s fresh and citrusy on the nose with added green apple and biscuit notes. It’s zesty and lifted on the palate with a firm, lively mousse and apple, lemon and toasty brioche notes.
