Great intensity, power and focus with mouth-watering zesty acidity, loads of lime, apple and mineral with great complexity, and a steely backbone. Racy and zippy with a long, drier, wet-stone mineral finish. Killer effort. Only 34 cases produced. If you manage to find some bottles, throw a few in the cellar, because this is going to age beautifully.

Floral aromatics and penetrating citrus reveal solid Riesling varietal character. The impression is confirmed by intense lemon and mineral grip and bright acidity on the palate. This wine will develop more complexity over the next several years and perhaps longer.
Aged for 12 months in American oak, this well-made Crianza offers concentrated red and dark fruits with cinnamon, clove spice, evolving velvety tannins, still youthful acidity, a splash of vanilla and a suggestion of milk chocolate, finishing very dry. Has all the right ingredients but will improve with another 2-3 years aging.
Hazy, light amber colour. Generous and lasting foam. Gentle spicy notes mix well with hops aromas complemented by touches of honey, lilac and wild flowers. A hint of manure develops in the glass. Very tasty, it feels fresh but the strong alcohol (9%) is also perceived. The light finish provides a nice contrast.
