1 oz Teichenne(R) butterscotch schnapps
1/4 - 1/2 oz Galliano(R) black sambuca
Pour 30ml of Teichenne Butterscotch Schnapps into a shot glass, then float Galliano Black over using a spoon. Do not mix.
1 1/2 ozchilled Bailey's(R) Irish cream
1 tsp Goldschlager(R) cinnamon schnapps
1 pinchground cinnamon
Pour Bailey's Irish Cream into a tall shot glass. Carefully layer warm Goldschlager on top of the Bailey's, and ignite. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the flame, extinguish and serve.
1/2 oz Seagram's(R) black cherry vodka
1/2 oz cranberry juice
Pour ingredients in equal parts into a shot glass, vodka first, and serve.
1/2 oz Amaretto
1/2 oz Southern Comfort
Pour both ingredients into 1 ounce shot glass Take as a beer chaser when arriving late at the bar
1/2 shot Tonic water
1/2 shot Lime juice
3 drops Angostura bitters
Put in the Lime Juice then add three drops of angostrua bitters. Shake it up, and add the tonic.
2/3 oz Bacardi(R) Superior rum
1/3 oz raspberry cordial
Bleeding Bacardi, not surprisingly, was named after the anonymous contributor, a member of a local band named Redrum, who left a full shot of Bacardi on the bar while distracted and returned later to find what looked like blood in the Bacardi.Add the Bacardi first. Then slowly pour in the cordial. Drink when they start to separate.
1/3 oz Jameson(R) Irish whiskey
1/3 oz lemon syrup
1/3 oz Ponche Caballero(R) Italian liqueur
An creation from an Irish Pub in Empuriabrava, Spain. Lemon syrup, also known as lemon sirop, is a mixture of fresh lemon juice and sugar, sometimes with zest. Ponche Caballero is a popular Spanish brandy liqueur made from oranges and dried fruit. 3 parts Crown Royal(R) Canadian whisky
2 parts DeKuyper(R) Watermelon Pucker schnapps
2 parts grenadine syrup
2 parts Sprite(R) soda
This drink came from the Beacon Lounge in Temecula. They called it a Wet Pussy. But, clearly it was not. It does taste a lot like a fruit punch. In a shaker; over ice, pour 3 parts Crown Royal, 2 parts Watermellon pucker, 2 parts grenadine, then 2 parts Sprite. Lightly shake, pour into shot glass, and serve chilled.
1/2 oz Jack Daniel's(R) Tennessee whiskey
1/2 oz Jim Beam(R) bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz Johnnie Walker(R) Scotch whisky
1/2 pint Guinness(R) stout
1/2 oz Bailey's(R) Irish cream
Pour all whiskeys and irish cream into a 2 oz double-shot glass. Pour half a pint of Guinness into a beer mug or pint glass. Drop the shot glass into the stout, and chug.
1 part Jagermeister
1 part Rumple Minze
1 part Goldschlager
Chill ingrediants in mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled shot glass.
