Traditional method, made from 100% Chardonnay from vineyards in Oliver, Osoyoos and Kelowna. Bottle fermented and aged sur lie for 4 years. Toasty, nutty and lemon notes up front with a persistent, creamy mousse and lively stream of bubbles leading to a well structured palate with vibrant citrus and apple notes wrapped in a well textured, generous mouthfeel through fresh, lingering finish.
Made from 100% Chardonnay Musqué. To fully appreciate this wine, pour it into a Burgundy bowl. On the nose, honey, orchard fruits and tropical aromas lead to a luscious but focused entry of pear, citrus and spice, elevated by appealing viscosity and an elegant mouthfeel, with more juicy citrus and zest towards the close. Enhanced by a good fruit and acid balance, with added texture from well-managed, primarily used and neutral oak, through lingering zest in the finish.
A rich, golden hue and an elegant nose of poached pear, citrus, toasted vanilla and spice with a gorgeous subtle honeycomb accent. Perfectly dry on the palate, with ripe pear, apple, grilled pineapple and integrated vanilla/spice notes. A lot to love about this Chard that will show even better with a bit of time in the cellar.
Rather shy scents of fresh apple and mineral, though more forthcoming on the palate with lightly sweet, ripe, apple flavour, pleasantly refreshing acidity and a touch of mineral grip. Undemanding and very easy drinking.

A wine that haunts the soul. Complex with an amazing bouquet made of aromas of tar, dry roses, orange peel, chocolate and red cherries. Firm tannins with bright acidity and a long, lingering finish. While this wine is enjoyable now if decanted ahead and paired with food, it will benefit from further aging. If you can resist, put away in your cellar for 8 to 10 years.
Lightly scented floral and yellow fruit on the nose with a distinct lemon-citrus note shifting to clean lemon flavour with a squeeze of lime and light mineral grip. A light-bodied casual pairing for simply prepared fish dishes or as an apéritif.
