Somewhat discreet, the fruity nose is very clean, as is often the case with bio wines. Nice freshness on the palate; clean taste, supple and very pleasant. Perfect balance. Enjoy now.
Pale yellow. Great finesse in the sharp dried fruits (apple, pear) aromas with cutting minerality. Fat on the palate, open and full — even imposing — flavour. Racy acidity and lots of mineral taste. Excellent length. Still young, it can wait a few more years.
Leads off with seductive scents of fresh strawberry and red cherry. Red berry-fruit is quite forward on the smoothly rounded but refreshingly clean palate. The way rosé should be. Excellent as an aperitif or to match with lighter fare.
This singular Greek white is reminiscent of a White Bordeaux. Having spent 6 months in new oak, it offers up a pungent/complex nose of green fruit, tomato vine, vanilla, honey, ammonia, linden, spice and citrus flavours. It possesses a medium body and excellent length.
Clear medium-deep garnet. Medium-intensity nose of sour cherries with a bit of dust and mushrooms, tea and oak spice. Light-bodied with simple red-berry flavours and some interest added by a little tannic structure on the finish. Drink up.
Medium ruby, beautiful nose of generous red fruits and spicy notes, a hint of menthol and subtle oak. Very supple, its delicate fruity texture caresses the tongue and finishes on almost-sweet fruit. A wine built on finesse and elegance that is ready to drink.
Leads off with refined spice, scents of cherry, plum and overtones of dried fruit. On the palate, the wine is already showing harmonious vinosity with integrated cherry, plum and berry fruit. Berry, dark chocolate and tobacco notes linger on the finish.
