Attractive varietal Cabernet nose reveals blackcurrant, blackberry, vanilla, clove and a whiff of green herb. Fresh blackberry and blackcurrant, wrapped in silky tannins in the mouth, with medium weight and good overall balance, culminating in dark fruit and a light splash of dark chocolate on the long finish.
Dark, concentrated colour accurately foreshadows intense blackcurrant and blackberry character which is backed by cinnamon, clove and a whiff of green herb. Lightly sweet ripe fruit is supported by solid tannic structure, well-balanced acidity and a light splash of milk chocolate on the well-integrated finish.
A blend of Sangiovese, Colorino, Canaiolo and Merlot. It’s ruby in colour with a smoky, minerally, black cherry nose. On the palate it’s savoury with flavours of dried cherry, orange peel and earthy tones, firmly structured with good length. Serve it with tomato-based pasta dishes or game pâté.
Inaugural blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from vineyards throughout the South Okanagan. Aged in French and American oak for 18 months. Aromas of red and black fruit with toasty notes before a plush palate of mulberry, plum and black cherry with easy tannins and a hint of spice through the close.
Inviting aromas of seductive red and black fruit, pepper notes with some meaty hints precede a mouth filling palate of mulberry, black current and vanilla, plush but not overt, with a deliberate, structured core and firm but approachable tannins, well-managed French oak, before a peppery and persistent close.
A blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris. Deep pink colour with a nose of strawberries and raspberries. A hint of residual sweetness is mitigated by tangerine acidity. One of the best rosés I’ve tasted from BC.
Medium ruby. Fine nose of red berry fruits, just enough oak. Half-bodied, nice fruity taste. Oak is more present on the palate than the nose announced but it is still not too much. A pleasant red that goes down easy on its own or with many dishes.
