Charmat-method sparkler made from Sémillon grapes. Medium lemon-yellow colour with bubbles, of course. Nice aromas of peaches, apricots and yeast. Sweetly appealing, like “Juicy Fruit” with peach and tangerine flavours. A crowd-pleaser.
This unique blend of Vidal and Moscato fuses freshness, acidity and an off-dry personality. Combined with the low alcohol and a profile of white flowers, peach, pear, honey, lime and spice, it makes for an enjoyable aperitif wine or a foil for spicy fare.
Pouring a sparkling copper hue, this Extra Special Bitter is all about balance. Aromas of toasted whole wheat bread, Digestive biscuits and a hint of coffee marry up with floral and citrusy hop notes. On the palate flavours of caramel and toffee shine through. Serve with hearty winter dishes like stew, chicken and lentils or curries.
Classic right-bank Merlot/Cab Franc blend. Opaque garnet. Medium-strength aromas of stewed fruits, cedar and vanilla. In the mouth the flavours are black cherry accented with herbal notes. Still-rough tannins will soften a bit given another year or two.
The deep ruby colour heralds the plum, cherry, vanilla, mocha, herbs and graphite. The palate is a combination of richness and tannin, which will allow for 5 years of aging ahead. Duck confit or a bison burger are perfect partners for this rock-solid Merlot.
The wine is very pale in colour with a lifted floral, grapefruit nose; it’s fresh and lively on the palate with an engaging honeyed note to offset the zesty grapefruit flavour. Serve it with pork loin or onion tart.
Almost colourless, with persistent, tiny bubbles. Delicate nose of ripe fresh apple, minerally, slightly perfumed. Light and fresh, it has excellent presence on the palate, filling the mouth with its fruity flavours. No perceptible sweetness, there is just enough residual sugar to bring a feeling of roundness. Excellent!
