2 oz peppermint schnapps
2 oz coffee liqueur
4 oz crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend and pour into a brandy snifter. Serve.

1 1/2 oz DeKuyper(R) Island Blue Pucker schnapps
2 - 3 oz cranberry juice
Build over ice in a highball glass.

1 ozDeKuyper Sour Apple Schnapps

Fill highball glass with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz. grape flavored vodka and 1 oz. DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps. Fill with lemon/lime soda and stir. Serve with a frozen red grape and green apple wedge on a cocktail stick. Lemon/lime soda may be replaced by soda water for those who prefer a less sweet cocktail.
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
5 oz Schweppes(R) bitter lemon soda
Mix over ice in a highball glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
1 oz Midori(R) melon liqueur
1 oz vodka
1 oz Bacardi(R) white rum
1 oz Cointreau(R) orange liqueur
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur

Pour the Midori melon liqueur, vodka, Bacardi white rum, Cointeau, blue curacao and pineapple juice (to taste) into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Top with lemonade, stir again gently, and serve.
1 oz white sambuca
5 1/2 oz lemonade
Pour both ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and serve.
3/4 oz apricot brandy
1 1/2 tsp light cream
Pour brandy into a pousse cafe glass. Pour cream carefully onto brandy, so that it does not mix.
1 shot Peach schnapps
1 shot Apple schnapps (Pucker)
3 parts Orange juice
Over ice, add peach schnapps, apple schapps, and orange juice to fill glass. Garnish with apple chunk and orange wedge.
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz banana liqueur
1 oz Bailey's(R) Irish cream
1 1/3 oz cream
Pour the blue curacao, banana liqueur, irish cream and cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
1 oz peach brandy
5 oz club soda
1 tsp port
Pour the peach brandy into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with club soda, and stir gently. Float the port on top. Dust with nutmeg, and serve.
