1 1/2 oz white rum
1 oz apricot brandy
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz soda water
Shake all ingredients (except soda water) and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice. Add soda, add straws, garnish with a slice of starfruit, and serve.
1 1/2 oz strawberry daiquiri mix
1 oz Bailey's(R) Irish cream
1 cup ice
Pour everything into the blender and blend to desired consistency. Scale everything up by the number of cups your blender holds to do a full batch. If you plan to make doubles. I recommend increasing the amount of Daiquiri mix by the same factor to maintain the balance of flavour."
2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz creme de cassis
4 oz club soda
Pour the vermouth and creme de cassis into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda, and stir well. Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
1 tbsp creme de cacao
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 tbsp cream
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
1 3/4 oz gin
1 1/4 oz Pecher Mignon(R) peach liqueur
1 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
1 tsp Bols(R) Blue Curacao liqueur
Stir, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of peach and a mint sprig, and serve.
1 1/2 oz Absolut(R) Citron vodka
1 tsp sugar
1/4 lemon
Slice the 1/4 lemon into two seperate wedges. Place in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Pour the Absolut Citron into the shaker, and add one teaspoon of sugar. Shake vigorously. Strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
