Gently pressed 100% Cab Franc grapes grown on tuffeau soils, with 18‒24 months aging on the lees. The result is a pale salmon colour, red berry and fresh bread dough aromas, and zesty brioche, red berry and red apple flavours. The lively mousse complements the full body.
