Ripe tropical aromas with melon and apple notes. Really fine Pinot Grigio in the mouth with lush tropical pineapple and guava flavours and a zesty citrus finish.
From one of the Okanagan Valley’s few dedicated sparkling wine estates, a cooler site tucked under the west side mountains. A very lively stream of fine bubbles with a good mousse. Citrus and nutty notes on top followed by a mouth-filling palate of dark cherry and citrus with excellent depth and texture, definite “pinosity” and good length with juicy acidity before lingering cherry chocolate and zest on the finish.
Deep ruby in colour with a cedary, earthy, leather nose coupled with smoky notes; medium-bodied, dry, red currant and cherry flavours with a herbal tinge.
Scents of cranberry, strawberry with a trace of apple open the way for soft, lightly ripe berry and red cherry fruit in the mouth backed by zesty crisp acidity and firm mineral. A charming Rosé with character.
Raspberry, blackberry, green herb and a note of peppery spice on the nose, with flavours of rich ripe berry, dark chocolate and contrasting dry tannins on the palate. Well-integrated fruit, chocolate, spice and drying tannins on the finish.
Light ruby colour. Beautiful nose of small red fruits, slightly perfumed. Light taste, fruity and very nice, it goes down easy. Drink now.
