This crowd pleaser is a blend of 55% Cabernet (both), 36% Merlot and the remainder Pinot Noir and Syrah. Mid-weight, it has an intense perfume of raspberry, blackberry, cassis, herbs, vanilla, spice and smoke. The palate is soft with fresh acid and medium length.
Dense purple colour with a high-toned nose of cedar and plums and a floral grace note. Medium-bodied, dry, less opulent on the palate than the nose than the palate suggests.
