Pale straw colour with that characteristic minerally, white-pepper GV nose; medium-bodied, crisply dry, white peach and lemon flavours with driving acidity.
Spring meadow, gooseberry, green fig, white pepper and green apple open this stony, herb-brushed Grüner from Niederösterreich. The dry, oily, citrus-slicked and medium-bodied palate carries dried and fresh herbs, chamomile, fine meadow flowers, tangerine, white grapefruit, stony spice and green fig to a zesty, pithy finish. This would easily stand up to tarragon butter halibut, moules frites or pissaldière.
Aromatic green fruit with floral and light white-pepper notes on the nose and green apple, grapefruit with a touch of gritty mineral and lingering fruit on the zesty dry finish.
Bright and spicy with wild plum, cherry and blueberry flavours and notes of anise; a supple, fresh and minerally finish with hints of pepper. Delicious with roasted quail.

The Muskat Ottonel grapes for this wine are grown in one of the hottest and driest regions of Austria. This is an interesting, refreshing wine with a nose of white flowers, pear fruit, melon and a vein of mineral and spice. It’s delicate on the palate with spicy fruit and fresh acidity and a touch of dried herbs on the finish.
