Mixed Lentil Soup

By / Food / August 10th, 2013 / 2

Perhaps you’re wondering why Quench would post a hot lentil soup recipe now. We know it’s summer, and the weather has been hot. But, really, a hot thick soup is a perfect accompaniment to a warm August evening. You don’t need to serve it piping hot, as you might in the dead of winter. Serve it at warm or at room temperature. Believe it or not, it will sate your appetite and cool you off at the same time. This is another McCormick Canada Club House One Step Limited Edition seasoning blend offering. Give it a try.
