Pale yellow, not at all brownish. Attractive nose of marmalade and flowers, with wood and salty tones from the sherry fermentation. Full-bodied but fresh and crisp; tastes of roasted nuts, tea, and black olives. If you must drink wine with hard old cheeses, have mercy on your reds and try this instead.
