I haven’t tasted a Vidal Icewine this good in a long time! Aged in acacia barrels, it is packed full of honey, peaches, apples, acacia flowers and pineapples. Full-bodied, with crazy length and more than enough acid to make it non-cloying, this triumph has longevity, but my preference is to drink it in its youth, to take advantage of all its exuberance.
