This single vineyard white expresses caramel, spice, yellow stone fruit and honeysuckle aromas. The palate is rich and round, with oak-derived flavours of butterscotch, toasted vanilla and clove, accompanied by melon and lemon oil. An agreeably long finish. Serve with grilled seafood.
