2 oz lemon vodka

1 oz triple sec

1/2 oz Rose's(R) Cocktail Infusions Cranberry Twist

3 splashes lemon juice

2 1/2 oz lemonade

1 oz orange juice

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass.
