Hers: Chamble

Ingredients:

• 40 ml Wyborowa Wódka (rye-based)
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 20 ml simple syrup
• 10 ml raspberry liqueur
• Fresh or frozen raspberries (for garnish)

Preparation:
Mix everything except the raspberry liqueur in an Old Fashioned glass, stir and top up with ice. Lace the raspberry liqueur over the ice so it trickles down into the glass. To simplify, use cubed ice instead of crushed. Garnish with raspberries.

His: Northside

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Wyborowa Wódka (rye-based)
• 30 ml lime juice
• 20 ml simple syrup
• 8 mint leaves

Preparation:
Pour all ingredients and mint leaves into a shaker and shake well. Double strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with one fresh mint leaf.
