Fielding Cabernet/Syrah

A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, and 20% Cabernet Franc, it is aged for 18 months in a combination of new and older barrels. Smooth and accessible, the plum, raspberries, earth, espresso and smoke are very flattering. It is ready to imbibe.
