The nose has a flowery note but is mostly mineral in nature (chalk, granite). Completely dry, nicely fresh clean taste, with additional body from the fatty middle palate. More freshness and dryness in the finish. A different style from the southwest it may be, but an excellent buy at this price, from any place.
