Dark ruby. Black fruits have the advantage over the oak in a very elegant nose. Medium-bodied, it shows more finesse than the 2008, in part due to an extra year of evolution, but the 2008 vintage provided more concentration due to lower yields. Drinks well right now, but you can wait a few more years.
