3 cl Drambuie(R) Scotch whisky
1 1/2 cl Tia Maria(R) coffee liqueur
1 cl cream
1 egg
2 tsp sugar
Shake intensely with ice. Serve in a frosted glass, and sprinkle with powdered coffee or nutmeg.
