Chard Farm winery’s second label makes light of the rabbits running amok in the Gibbston and Cromwell sub-regions where the fruit is sourced. Dried thyme and bright red berries tease the nose while the palate delivers lean, fresh and vibrant flavours. Nice minerality on the finish. Serve with lamb burgers.
