Clear pale yellow. Unoaked like all good Chablis (in my opinion), it sports a medium-intensity nose of lime and lemon with a hint of herbal sage. Surprisingly soft on the palate, it is medium-bodied and tastes like a tart lime or lemon pie, complete with a sense of piecrust pastry. Will last another year or two. Enjoyable with grilled smoked-trout fish cakes and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
