The Saint Bris district is located within Burgundy’s appellation but it doesn’t grow Chardonnay. It produces Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is very pale in colour with green apple, lemon and cut-grass notes on the nose. Light on the palate, it offers grapefruit and gooseberry flavours with tangy acidity.
