Argentina can lay claim to a unique grape variety called Torrontés. It’s very much like a dry Muscat in style in that it has a highly perfumed bouquet of honeysuckle and ripe pears. It’s like biting into a Muscat grape straight out of the fridge. It makes a delicious aperitif wine or you can serve it with light curries or Asian dishes.
