Low Fat Cincinnati Sky Loaf
|1||pound||turkey breast, ground|
|1 2/3||cup||oyster crackers, crushed|
|1||each||cincinnati style chili mix, package, dry|
|1/2||cup||half and half, fat free|
|1/2||cup||cheddar cheese, low fat, shredded|
|Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except half and half and cheese thoroughly in large bowl. If needed, add more crushed crackers to achieve moist but solid consistency. |
Transfer mixture to a loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour. Mix half and half and cheese and set aside. Remove loaf from oven, top with cheese mixture and serve.
